Join CAP For Triple Benefits - CAP/CMBA/NFPA
Joining CAP gives you automatic membership with the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Inc. (NFPA).
The CMBA serves as a center for legal professionalism in Cuyahoga County by educating its members, providing resources that enhance client services and promote integrity and ethical behavior amoungst the public and legal community.
NFPA is made up of state and local paralegal associations located throughout the United States and Canada. NFPA is the largest national organization representing paralegals in the country. NFPA provides member associations with information concerning issues affecting paralegals, while at the same time presenting a unified voice for the profession on a natio
How Can I Join?
It's easy! To become a member of CAP, join online by entering your information on the CMBA website and follow the prompts. The CMBA will attempt to locate you in their database through a series of three steps. Then, you will create an account, click the link to join as a paralegal and fill out the on-line application.
You can also print out the completed on-line application and mail it to: Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, P.O. Box 931873, Cleveland, OH 44193 . If you prefer you can also print the application below. Checks should be made payable to the CMBA. Cash and credit cards are accepted too!
**Applications will be processed through the CMBA and once membership is confirmed they will receive a welcome letter and password to access the members only section of CAP’s website.**
